A Spiritual Journey Through My Journal
The words to an old gospel congregational song are:
“He has done so much for me, I cannot tell it all.”
Yes, God has certainly blessed me in many wonderful ways; I cannot begin to tell, nor write them all.
TREASURED MEMORIES is a collection of my daily journal over a period of time and was birthed as a request from my daughter, Bronda, and her desire for me to share some of my experiences over the years. This collection highlights the experiences that God has done in my life.
As you read what God has done, I trust that You will be inspired with hope and faith to reach out, grasp and share. As you write, reflect on God’s goodness and praise Him, He will fill your being with His glory. So go ahead and take a praise break as you REFLECT, REJOICE AND RECORD.
TREASURED MEMORIES is birthed out of my treasured times spent, early in the morning, enjoying seeking God’s face and His presence, through praise and worship and intercessory prayer. Serving God is not based on a religion, it’s based on a relationship with God, The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Ghost- Three in One. “Oh, what a wonderful, spiritual transformation that takes place in your life when you fellowship the Triune God!” Just think on the message in this old familiar hymn, published in 1898, written by Joseph C. Ludgate,
“Friendship with Jesus”
A friend of Jesus! Oh, what bliss
That one so weak as I
Should ever have a Friend like this
To lead me to the sky!
Friendship with Jesus!
Oh, what blessed, sweet communion!
Jesus is a Friend of mine.
In this book, I share treasured, triumphant testimonies. As you read them, I pray and trust these testimonies will tug at your heart and soul and fill it with courage and confidence. But first and foremost, that they will give you an inspirational lift and desire to have a deeper relationship with God as you:
“REFLECT, REJOICE AND RECORD your RELATIONSHIP with THE LORD!”
